Because digital guides and guide bundles are delivered instantly and are accessible immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds once a download link has been issued or accessed. If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a guide you purchased, contact us and we’ll make it right, either by resolving the access issue or issuing a refund.
Physical Products
For Nureli Living merchandise purchased directly through this site, we accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Because these items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons other than a defect or fulfillment error.
For children’s books purchased through an Amazon link, your purchase is made directly with Amazon and is subject to Amazon’s own return and refund policies rather than ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item you ordered arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us with photos of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
