Shipping Policy
Digital Products
All guides and digital products sold by Kala Early Learning Library are delivered electronically — no shipping required. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link within minutes. Downloads are available immediately upon payment.
Physical Products
For physical products (books, apparel, and other items), we ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days (duties and taxes may apply)
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $25.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@kalamontena.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
