Digital products

When a product is sold directly through Kala as a digital download, the delivery or access method is shown with the product and checkout flow. If you have trouble accessing a purchased digital product, use our contact form and include your order number.

Physical products ordered from Kala

Fulfillment and delivery timing can vary by product, production provider, destination, and carrier. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout when Shopify or the fulfillment provider can provide them.

We do not use this policy page to promise a universal processing time, universal free-shipping threshold, or a single delivery window for every physical item.

Books or products purchased from another retailer

Some Kala books or products may link to Amazon or another retailer for purchase. When you complete a purchase on another retailer’s site, that retailer’s shipping, delivery, cancellation, and return terms apply to that order.

Tracking

When tracking is provided for a Kala order, it is sent through the order or shipping notification associated with your purchase. Carrier scans and tracking updates can take time to appear.

International orders

International availability, delivery estimates, shipping charges, duties, and taxes can vary by item and destination. Review the information shown at checkout or by the external retailer before placing the order.

Delayed or missing orders

If a Kala order appears delayed or missing, use our contact form with your order number so we can review the order details available to us.
