Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We want every parent to feel confident purchasing from Kala Early Learning Library.

Digital Products

Because digital guides are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all digital product sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your download, please contact us at hello@kalamontena.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly — no questions asked.

If you purchased the wrong guide by mistake, reach out within 24 hours and we will do our best to help.

Physical Products

We accept returns on physical items (books, apparel) within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@kalamontena.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@kalamontena.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (once accessed)
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days
